Cancellation Policy

The Motion Manager reserves the right to decline requests that are unsafe, illegal, outside the scope of services, or that conflict with company policies. Membership Guidelines Membership Term Memberships renew monthly unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Session Usage Each membership includes a set number of one-hour concierge sessions per month. Unused sessions expire at the end of the billing cycle and do not roll over. Scheduling Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Members receive priority booking over non-members. Cancellation Policy Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be deducted from the membership. Additional Time If a task exceeds the allotted session time, additional time will be billed at the member hourly rate. Communication Requests should be submitted through your preferred communication method (email, client portal, text, etc.). Business hours should be clearly listed. Response Time Member requests will receive a response within one business day (or whatever timeframe you can consistently meet). Service Area Virtual services are available nationwide. In-person concierge and errand services are available within your designated Memphis service area. Travel outside the service area may incur additional fees. Expenses Clients are responsible for all purchases, parking fees, shipping costs, tickets, or other expenses incurred while completing requests. Confidentiality Client information is kept confidential and handled with professionalism. Non-Transferable Membership benefits cannot be transferred or shared unless otherwise approved. Services Not Included Clearly state what you don't provide, such as: Legal advice Medical services Financial or tax advice Childcare Housekeeping Hazardous or illegal activities
